If you are into easy to make, tasty desserts, try this can't miss mix. Crème pâtissière, the base for many classic French pastries (think fruit tarts, custards, and puff filling), is a walk in the park with this mix. Heat milk to a hard boil, remove from heat and pour one pouch of mix, stir with a whisk until the cream is thick and smooth. stir occasionnally while the cream is cooling to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Stir one last time before using.
