Francine Pizza Dough Mix

Make your own delicious pizza at home with this fool-proof mix. Each pouch of mix comes with a pouch of instant dry yeast. Mix pizza mix, dry yeast, 15 cl (⅗ cup) water at room temperature, and 3 Tbsp olive oil. Stir with a wooden spoon until the dough is formed. Spread the dough in a pizza tray. Top with chopped tomatoes and other toppings of your choice. Bake at 240ºC (465ºF) for 15-20 minutes.
