Had some of this from a cheese shop about a year ago and with it we ate fresh bread from the store and some kind of imported triple cream cheese, the kind that nearly runs down your arm. With the Violet Confit, the 3 were the perfect combination of flavor. The cheese shop is not carrying it any longer so I found it on line and ordered for my best friend.
