Funnily enough, Paris-Caramels is based in the town of Beauvais, in the Picardie region. The company, founded 60 years ago, has since become a leading producer of upscale candies and chocolates and a regular 1st prize winner at confectionery awards. Paris-Caramels has remained a family-owned business to this day.
